A very attractive and highly decorative 19th Century French carved mirror.

This beautiful piece has a very dry natural appearance showing various sings of wear, commensurate with age. Pieces of the original wooden frame, gesso, old paint and old and later gilding showing through in various areas, resulting in a lovely rustic look. The piece has a later mirror glass.
